The special leading group put forward the safety work requirements for the contractor and the supervising party: that is, strictly observe safety production rules, strictly prevent safety production accidents, seriously rectify safety problems and conduct strict accountability. It also requires to hold the safety bottom line and improve safety production awareness to ensure safe construction and civilized construction by implementing a solid construction safety management and bearing in mind safety first.

The special leading group carried out safety inspections successively on the domestic air cargo terminal, international express center, bonded logistics park area, ACL Logistics Park and ACL Building in Customs Clearance Base of the Capital Airport, requiring all departments to strengthen safety management and inspection efforts, resolutely prevent and contain the occurrence of security incidents, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the park during the 19th National Congress of CPC.
