To provide fast, convenient service for the customers, ACL Bluesky Property WeChat Service Platform was formally launched on November 1, 2014. The customers can request for repair and complain for service by the WeChat platform, also can participate in interactive activities to enjoy preferential value-added services such as commercial building business. Through the on-line conference, a series of activities like a question answered with a prize and so on, currently, the concerned number of the Wechat platform about 600 people, the members are 423 people, 415 customers who have participated in the activities, and the early promotion goal of the Wechat platform has initially realized.
